Joanne plays an integral role in cultivating the enduring relationships that define our firm. With an accomplished background in human resources, recruiting, and small business consulting, she brings a thoughtful understanding of people, organizational dynamics, and client service excellence to every interaction.

Working closely with Wealth Advisor and Partner Sean Condon, Joanne helps ensure that each client receives the highest level of personalized attention and care. Her collaboration with Sean allows for seamless and responsive client experience, reflecting the firm’s commitment to clarity, trust, and long-term partnership.

Before entering the financial services field in 2024, Joanne advised small businesses and entrepreneurs on growth strategy and operational development while leading recruitment initiatives for high-tech and biotech firms. This diverse experience provides her with a distinctive perspective on the financial considerations that influence both personal and professional success, enabling her to support clients with insight, empathy, and precision.

Joanne resides near the beaches of Cape Ann, where she enjoys spending time with family and friends. She is also an active volunteer with Habitat for Humanity, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and Cape Ann Plein Air.
