Since 2008, Sean Condon has helped individuals and families achieve financial confidence through thoughtful, personalized planning. A graduate of Northeastern University with a B.S. in Computer Science, Sean began his career in the technology industry before discovering his passion for financial planning, first through creating his own plan and then helping family members do the same. That experience inspired a career devoted to helping others align their wealth with their goals and values.
As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, Sean specializes in retirement income and financial independence planning, guiding clients to design strategies that bring clarity, confidence, and lasting stability to their financial lives. His approach blends analytical insight with genuine personal connection, helping clients make informed decisions with purpose and peace of mind.
In 2025, Sean joined The Cooper Fauteux Team, a partnership built on shared values, a strong local connection, and complementary strengths in helping clients build enduring financial confidence.
Sean and his spouse, Jane, live on the North Shore, where they enjoy being close to both the ocean and the Green Mountains of Vermont. They love to travel, often drawn to the mountains or the sea in every season, especially when their two adult daughters can join them. Sean is also an enthusiastic (if self-admittedly “aspirational”) vegetable gardener, and when he is not outdoors or planning his next trip, he enjoys watching college hockey and spending time with friends on the golf course.
